There are some very good people at this company, but...

Cons

The closer you are to the most senior management of the company and especially the family the less you will like working here. The family treats people like dirt and does not respect others who have experience from working at other companies. Also, don't expect to get paid what you were promised when you accepted an offer. There's a very nebulous process for raises and bonuses.
