-> Hourly is paid by direct deposit on time on a weekly basis -> The entry level position is easier to get into. Experience can be used as an asset -> Somewhat cold and noisy environment

Cons

-> The supervisors/line leader tend to be rude and treats everybody on the line as a slave -> Everybody makes the same amount (except for the line lead and above) -> No room for advancement unless you happen to do it step-by-step -> Toxic environment; no Canadian expansion
