High turnover. Long term employees aren't valued. Senior leadership is arrogant, non educated and lack the courage to treat people with respect. The company operates on how it looks to their customer base. Merit reviews and bonus lack any rhythm or reason and for the general workforce result in mediocre increases.

The worse management I have ever worked for extreme favoritism no job growth. Mandatory overtime for weeks on end and then no hours. Management is the main problem they don’t care about their employees.
