Pros

Limited learning potential. Very few pros - both office and line jobs do not provide you the opportunity to grow or develop professionally.

Cons

No growth, family and family friends get promoted regardless of how long you work for them. Hidden talent in the office, they do not realize the talent that they have working for them. If you aren't family, it doesn't matter your education or experience you will go unheard.
