Pros

The only pro i can think of is the pay. The work itself wasn't hard so it made the pay okay

Cons

Horrible management. They would promote people based on position needs and not qualifications. It was basically first come, first serve. Management would steal ideas as well. Once, I went to the scheduler with an idea on how the orders should be filled, he blew me off. then went to my area manager and gave the idea as his own, who then gave me the idea as his own.

It was interesting to see the management try out new ideas to streamline and improve the processes in the facility.

It is a rapidly growing company with yearly revenue rising at 15% per annum. They are also planning to expand in a big way.

Cons

People working on the floor have a brutal work hours where they may have to stand on the line for 11 hours at a stretch.
