      Pros

      New plant manager is trying to boost morale and seems to care about employees. New production schedule is great. Management is professional.

      Cons

      Owners don't want to make necessary improvements. A lot of nepotism.

      you get paid, after that there's not many more after that. This place is horrible to work at

      its very cold, management is horrible especially some of the area manager

      If it's for you and your money hungry

      Pros

      Nice people not hard work at all

      Cons

      Very cold stands long hours for 270 a week. Very short breaks must wash hands frequently and wears gloves all day so it does damage your hands makes them start to peel.
