All the money in the world won't make working here worth it.

Pros

The benefits are great. If only I wasn't working all the time I might be able to use them.

Cons

Really long hours. Salary employees can look to spend 60-70 hours a week there. Company has no idea what direction is up. Unorganized, and the upper management is fooling the owners.

4 day work week, free produce occasionally,

Cons

Virtually no pay raises except for the most deserving and even then only around 2% increase. Livonia location is the workhorse while the Canadian warehouse enjoys much more luxuries such as minimal or no weekend workdays and higher salaries. Unless you are canadian, very difficult to get into upper management.
