Great company culture. Very intelligent colleagues. You get to work on cutting edge tech. Work life balance matters to management.

Cons

Reorgs are always happening, which make getting promoted and noticed difficult. Pay is B-tier, which is evident in the interview process. If you want A-tier pay, prep and go somewhere else.
