Great benefits if you can keep your job.

Cons

Leadership from the C-suite to the VP level have no real plan other than layoffs and arbitrary rules they themselves don't follow. Everyone below VP is so on edge and checked out. No real career opportunities to progress or change career paths. The Company is so top heavy yet seems to only layoff lower level employees. Unless you work at Tinder or Hinge you get no support and 'should just be happy to have a job'. 3 activist investors so far and no real communication about what the plan is.

- Add-on Benefits were decent - Great co-workers - Flexibility for RTO

Cons

- Cross company collaboration leaves something to be desired and makes me wish I stayed at my low paying job - Upper management listens to absolutely no one but themselves when you have the ability to solve something with the walk through - Group firings - Advancement is next to none with low pay - Diversity is a joke and DEI is trying but failing
