Match is a great company to work for that has amazing 401k, and health benefits, good work to life balance and overall seem to care about their employes.

Cons

Not a lot of growth or career path movement. Top level management does not seem to have an interest in employees growth over long term. Seem to promote based on likeablitliy and less on acutal work.

Pros

Loved the culture of the company and the flexibility of picking the hours you wanted to be in the office. Holidays were always fun to celebrate, and enjoyed the company happy hours. The office was modern, equipped well with snacks and drinks, kept clean and comfortable for employees.

Cons

This is all team dependent but middle management were very conservative, too scared to take risks, and always wanted to "do whatever we did last year" - focused too much on year over year metrics.
