Pros
The work is fulfilling because all employees contribute to the product in tangible ways. Management takes notice of employees who work hard, and those who do are properly rewarded. The benefits and employee perks are amazing; my coworkers are wonderful; the work is fun and the experience invaluable; and the workload is moderate. I especially enjoy the liberal office environment, flexible work hours, happy hours, team building events, massages on Fridays, and the plethora of free food and drinks.
Cons
I've tried to find downsides to the job since I began working here, but honestly, there is not one thing I would change.
