Pros

Free coffee and tea, convenient office location, parking... but you would not see happy faces in the office.

Cons

They are trying to pay less then agreed, by different means. Watch carefully what contract you are signing. Make sure all you done properly documented. Approval from your direct manager might be not enough.

Thanks for your feedback. We are glad you are here! We noticed your comment about compensation. Just wanted to respond and let you know that stellar performance is rewarded (even without a promotion) annually and the year-end comp process is a great time to handle that. Come see HR if you have any questions!

Pros

Match had some of the coolest and brightest people in the industry when I started. There were lots of cool perks and quality of life was as high of a priority as making sure your work was done well.

Cons

Shortly after I hired on, IAC infused it's management team and the rewards and fun began to be sucked out of the place, bit by bit. By the end of my 8 year career, Match had become a political nightmare. I had done the best work of my career for this company and spent long hours on huge projects, 24 hour plus migrations, etc. In the end, I was terminated by a hot head that the company had hired through a site acquisition (M&A).
