I've been at match for a couple years and I can honestly say that this is a great place to work. The people are bright, smart, and hard working. There is a true open door policy and you can walk into the CEO's office to say hi or ask a question. If you are looking for a place to grow your career and are willing to work hard, this is the place to be. People forgot that Match is a global company with offices around the world and it's cool to see opportunity all around the globe!

Cons

You can't bring your dog to work--but I wish we could! HR says they are working on it.

Friendly team and fast paced environment. Fun place to work with good pay and benefits. Best job I've ever had. Would recommend.

Cons

Longer commute to new office. Bad parking garage. Constantly changing priorities from product team. (None of these cons are really that bad).
