- Fun, casual atmosphere - No dress code - Frequent parties during & after work hours. Monthly happy hours during work with free food & booze. Yep, Match.com pays employees to get drunk during office hours at least once a month! - Excellent benefits package. Insurance coverages begins the first day of the month after which you are hired. - Extremely generous PTO - Free food, snacks, sodas - Beautiful office - Some very cool, creative, & fun people work here. Everyone makes an effort to be friendly & make connections with new employees.

Cons

- Some departments have completely incompetent management who lack the knowledge for the positions they hold. - Depending on the department you work in, opportunities for advancement can be very limited. - No yearly performance-based raises. Raises are only available if you manage to get promoted.

Pros

- Relaxed, fun workplace. The flexibility here is incredible. Everyone gets along and most of us have the same interests outside of work. Very modern culture -- even though being a relatively early company in the digital world. - Worklife balance. I was told before accepting the position that they are very serious on work life balance -- and I am happy to confirm that everything I've seen so far confirms that statement. - The managers I've personally spoken to are down to earth, friendly, and well equipped to gauge what you are capable of. They are also very understanding to any issues that come up in personal life. - Community outreach and volunteering is not only allowed but actively encouraged by management. - Incredible benefits, even at entry level.

Honestly cannot think of any.

Pros

Great culture and amazing coworkers. Regular happy hours and catered lunches. Amazing work life balance.

Cons

Not a lot of innovation going on. Lots of amazing ideas, but management isn't focused on the customer experience -- only focused on the $$ and subscription numbers.
