Pros

1) Awesome work environment. Growth is fast. No of Employees are around 500. No 1 in Dating throughout US 2) New technology implementation 3) Flexible & Work from Home options 4) Pretty good Compensation ( Base , Stock & Bonus ) & Other Benefits( Daily life benefits) 5) Party every month & Lot of free foods

Cons

Executives keep changing. Lot of new tech initiatives are taken which some time becomes overhead. For example Match has acquired lot of other companies like Tinder , Meetic , Eureka etc in different parts of world and now they are trying to make sure all the companies data has to be merged in one single platform. Each and every company has their own tech and challenge so it is really difficult to do so. Waste of resources and not very fruitful result

Pros

Fun parties, decent pay and benefits, potentially interesting work, some people are actually ok to work with. It's all about the algorithms.

Cons

Notice how all the responses to the postings sound like they were written by a robot? Not very warm for a place that is supposed to be all about love. It's not about love. It's about money and nothing more. Most of our days are spent developing half baked ideas to trick or deceive our users. Once we get their credit card number, they are on their own. Don't believe me? Check out our Better Business Bureau (BBB) score. It's an F. A freaking F! All the robot responses in the world can't gloss over the fact that we rip people off. Don't raise it as an issue though! That's a quick trip to the HR office. I remember the recruiter with the creepy smile walking me by all these "success stories" printed out for all to see. I soon learned that our success rate for people finding love is like .01%. Good luck finding love! Be warned. Whole development teams have been wiped out. On a whim. All because some Microsoft reject sold in the idea of an unified API. What a cluster that is. I'm actively looking. Too many people just disappear and no one says anything, only gossip and back stab. Can't wait to get out!

By robot, do you mean C-3PO? If so that’s awesome. In all seriousness, we’re bummed to hear you feel this way. Feel free to reach out to the HR team directly, so we can get to the bottom of your problem.

Pros

- Smart co-workers - Great work/life balance - Flexible schedule and work from home opportunities - Great parties/events - Perks are everywhere - Great benefits - Very competitive salary - .com feel in DFW (very rare)

Cons

- Very challenging environment - Product management cannot make up their minds on anything. - Promotions are few and far between - every 4-5 yrs if you are lucky (or threaten to leave). - Not much in terms of monetary incentives. Bonuses do come annually, but not much.
