Comp Plan changes almost every year and not necessarily for the good. Corporate is very shady the way they rolled it out. The communication with this company is the worst. Getting demoralized by RM's telling you that you suck at life and you need to spend your own money to motivate the franchises to spend more money with corporate. Matco is not a tool company, but a finance company. They will squeeze every ounce of life out of you. You are expected to take your company phone on vacation and work.
