Pros
Interesting domain (3D printing) and if you are lucky you have freedom to improve the mess of a project you've inherited on starting to work there. Plus since there is often "don't care' attitude in play, quite good work/life balance.
Cons
Mess on every level (project management, software development practices, often also the technologies used) stuck in the 80s with no vision and "new great strategy" changing every quarter. As a bonus, expect all the actual decision making firmly in the hands of not very competent people in Belgium + zero recognition for hard work and trying to make any difference (except for the usual back patting)
