You get to work with some of the smartest people in the industry People care about the customers and strive very hard to solve the problems facing all their software users

Cons

- Complete lack of telecommuting - Some managers are extremely difficult to work with when dealing with personal issues - Company needs to be more forward looking and take risks in making forays into next technology area
