Pros

Great benefits including annual outing in NH with family. Great products, culture and fun place to work. Formal processes/procedures defined, but exceptions are acceptable with reason. Collaborative teams. Excellent work-life balance.

Cons

Slow to promote from within. Like most companies, some strong personalities become the squeaky wheel and gets all the attention. Inflexible work from home policy.

Pros

Good work-life balance, good culture, people are nice

Cons

no self-improvement, medium base salary, low bonus, no stock, hard for young professional to stay, my manager is ego, selfish, extremely bossy, having double standard for senior and new hire, like talker than doer and sucks
