      Pros

      Work/life balance, benefits (great 401k matching, great facilities), generally good intelligent people. A growing company that is profitable and stable.

      Cons

      Culture can be a bit insular. Tend to promote from within, but do not always promote the right people for the right reason. Career progression is very slow and limited to management. No real career prospects for non-Development specialists. Slow to make decisions and to learn from others who have done something successfully before.

      Pros

      People are really nice, great work and life balance. and great training opportunity to improve yourself. There is also a gym in the company which is very convenient.

      Cons

      Pace is slow, teams are using Agile, but some managers are not trained with the Agile knowledge. Peer quotes are not that useful and a lot of time is wasted on writing them.
