      Strong work/life balance with hybrid work from home/office model and reasonable expectations in terms of hours. Very strong products that are fun to talk about and which make demonstrable impacts in engineering and science. Campus and office environments are very nice, including well equipped gyms in both local campuses.

      Stable, privately held company with a long-term vision. Exceptional leadership that consistently models integrity and a “do the right thing” mindset. Strong culture of transparency, quarterly stakeholder bonuses, and thoughtful perks like free food that support employee well-being. Honestly, I wouldn't work anywhere else, the work/life balance is outstanding.

      For newcomers, the culture can take time to fully understand, and decision-making or change can sometimes feel slow-paced due to the MathWorks deliberate and thoughtful approach. It's not a *bad* thing at its core, but it is something you have to get used to.
