      Pros

      Amazing culture and work life balance. Well defined processes in place that make it a comfortable place to work and grow.

      Cons

      Pay tends to be on the lower side of the industry standard. Slow to adapt and respond to technological changes. Will rarely get to work on new getting edge frameworks, tool and technologies.

      Pros

      - Most people I work with on a daily basis have a serious and committed attitude. People are generally helpful, reasonable and polite. - Good range of benefits, good salaries. - Managers strive to be fair with their employees. If your performance is good, you will be rewarded. They'll work with you to help you grow.

      Cons

      - Many software development processes are done using the company's own tools and systems. The tools are generally ok, but that means that some employees don't have so many opportunities to ramp up on software development technologies with wider application in the outside world. There are however plenty of opportunities to work with many different technologies, if you choose the team and project wisely.
