      A very good company to work for

      Pros

      - Major deadlines are yearly twice so not a lot of constant pressure -Very nice worklife balance - Get to work on new tech based on the team you work for - Nice perks like subsidized lunch and snacks, free dinner provided you are working late, coffee machines etc - Summer outings etc

      Cons

      - Avg salary - WFH policy is bad. Might change after covid
