Will rate 4.8/5. Jack Little. :) The company cares for the people. core values and ethics. Bright colleagues. Pretty decent salary. Work-life balance.

Cons

No/little travel opportunities for the ones who want it. Work from home expenditures should have been paid out. Salaries are a little lower than Microsoft/Adobe etc. But this is a first-world problem, won't crib on that.
