Pros

- Great mission and interesting projects - A collaborative environment, not a competitive one - Get to work with different partners and government entities

Cons

- Lacks a clear management structure on projects - Project Management processes are out of date - Roles are not clear and many times project managers get dumped with a lot of tasks

Culture, colleagues, mission, projects, employee-owned

Cons

While the company is trying to diversify, a majority of the projects are federal contracts and so the company is heavily impacted by the federal context. Which in 2025 is BAD. Mass layoffs :(
