Pros
- Inclusive staff that values diversity and willingness to learn - Hiring is based on potential for cultural/company fit - Freedom to work on projects of interest - Multiple outlets for learning new skills while on the job, which is highly encouraged by senior staff - Staff consists of highly educated people who are also very down-to-earth

I wish there were more Mathematica locations, but the company is currently discussing locations for additional office spaces
