Business Outlook
Pros
I get to work on interesting, impactful projects and gain a number of different skillsets. There’s plenty of growth opportunities. Remote-first works for me. I’m rarely bored.
Cons
I think pay could be better, and mentorship/leadership opportunities for junior staff can be inconsistent. If staff find well-aligned mentorship/leadership on a project or work hard to seek it out, it can be great. But this doesn’t always happen. Can be pretty busy at times.
