Pros
- Kind, accepting people who are very easy to work with. - Extremely accommodating to remote work from just about anywhere. - Work on a lot of different, interesting topics with the sheer number of projects that come and go. - You are given the opportunity to define what you want to work on, should you want to.
Cons
- Tech stacks are relatively old and could use some modernization. There is work being done on that front, but we are still waiting to see the actual implementation. - You are asked to juggle several very different projects at a time, and it can be hard to focus on a single thing unless you really make it happen for yourself. - Work pace wildly varies depending on what projects are available in the given moment.

Pros
- extremely flexible remote work policies. you can work anywhere in the US, basically can set your own schedule as well. It's fantastic - career growth opportunities are good because you can select projects that you want to work on based on your interests - lots of room for technical growth - friendly coworkers
Cons
- PTO allocation is genuinely terrible. I fear for getting sick because I may not have the ability to take time off. Very ironic for a company that is so proud of their commitment to "equity and inclusion". - Executive-level leadership at the company has completely lost the confidence of most staff. They've really botched communication lately and it's hard to take them seriously. This doesn't really impact my day-to-day work, but it's definitely concerning long term. - promotion cycle is slow
