If you like to work 70+ hours a week and don't mind stupidly; Matheson is a great company. When they wake up in Japan and start wondering about that 70% turnover rate, perhaps they will change the upper management and get back to being a true leader in the industry.

Company never provides incentives, rewards, salary raises, sizable bonuses, and is cheap on training. You will only receive at best cost of living raises which means you drift along making less and less than your peers that work at some of the better run companies. They are chasing the bar set by their competitors. The management needs to be accountable, too often managers will throw their employees under the bus to save their own hide.
