The managers are liars. They will tell you one story and offer you tons of money during the interview, but when you start working you find out that all of that is a fairytale. For example, one of them offered me $15 per hour and when he send me the contract, it was $12!!! with an explanation that just experienced instructors get 15. But he never mentioned that during the interview. They promise you pay raise but when you see the contract you realize it is 25 c per year. For that amount of money, you have to work with 4 of 5 kids at the same time. Not worth it.
