      - Tutoring online is very convenient - 4 hr commitment window: 3 pm - 7 pm on weekdays - Doesn't really feel like work

      - Hard to get more classes scheduled for newer tutors - Slow growth - Hourly pay rate could be better -

      Flexible hours for a part time position. Great if you’re a mathy person.

      Cons

      Students that you may have may be difficult to get to focus. You never know what student you’ll end up with until at your table.
