      Easy job, nice kids, short shifts

      Cons

      low pay, Mathnasium charges a bunch and pays you a little, shifts change last minute

      Pros

      Such a fun environment for kids and teachers. It was a great place for kids who were struggling or ahead in their studies.

      Cons

      It's hard to get a lot of hours just based on when kids are out of school but for a part time job it was perfect.

      Pros

      Everyone is enthusiastic about teaching. Every student has a different curriculum and it's easy to keep track of student progress.

      Cons

      Some students come in with the idea that they will only get help on their school work. They do not spend enough time on their homework however. Perhaps emphasize the fact that each student has a curriculum that is based on assessments.
