Pros

The tasks were pretty simple, you are generated a set of worksheets to provide to a student, and then you have to help teach the contents of the worksheets ranging from counting up to Algebra 1. You were also encouraged to engage in more fun math game activites and such as rewards. Also, the Socratic teaching method was heavily employed, and I use it a ton as a Teaching Assistant in computer science at the University of Minnesota.

Cons

Pay was a bit low, started at minimum wage, but it's fair since I was leaving for college.

Pros

The center gets run by YOU on the floor — you connect with parents, help instructors manage their sections and build center culture.

Cons

Your pay and bonuses largely depend on your center owner. Your day to day depends on CD. I had a great CD.
