Great respectful work environment, flexible schedule, fulfilling work

Cons

Pay isn’t great and there’s no real way to increase it or anything. No reason to keep working here instead of using it as a stepping stone. Additionally it can be difficult to be an effective instructor when you’re dealing with six kids at a time
