Pros

Matic has great opportunity for growth as a new career or first. Sales but not salesy Good PTO, Benefits, and Pay Management works well with employees to take feedback and address it as needed Flexibility in your role, I have been at this location for nearly three years, and have been able to work across all teams within the company, as well as, multiple promotions due to the growth opportunities

Pros

I truly love working for Matic! The culture here is so fun and encouraging, all of my coworkers are a blast, regardless of team. I feel like my managers care about me and are invested in my success. I make good money and feel like I'm actually helping people. I've already been promoted in the short time I've been here and I plan on staying and growing with this company for years. If you are looking to get your start in sales, this is the place. I had no experience before this and have been coached extensively. I promise nobody is standing over my shoulder as I write this, I am thankful everyday that I work here.

Cons

Not too many, really. I wish the hours could be more flexible/have hybrid options. But the environment in the office is awesome and has been a good experience being in office. My manager has been the best manager I've ever had (15 years in workforce) and because of that he was given a lot of responsibility and stretched thin so we saw less of him. I would say that was the biggest con, but they've already restructured and promoted him and brought in other managers to make sure we have more face time. The open office structure can at times be a little over stimulating, but you get used to it pretty quick and have plenty of opportunities to step away.
