Pros

Pay is competitive. Work is as easy as it gets.

Cons

Disorganization. Communication is atrocious. Many of the salary, including hr split time between different plants, so you don't have the resources you need on a daily basis. Honestly, this facility needs a top to bottom plan to have any hopes of saving it over the coming years.
