Competitive pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Mativ is a conglomeration of mostly unrelated mfg companies with very little synergies. Sr. management often seems lost and there is constant restructuring to give the appearance that they have answers. Most of the senior tenured people have left the company and the lack of practical experience is now showing in the company's operations and results. Experience at Mativ is not valued and often disgarded.
