Company used to be great, before they changed leadership and processes. CEO Jimmy is wonderful. What has been going on lately at the company is unfair to him.

Cons

Very unorganized, leadership constantly changing strategy with no rhyme or reason, horrible turnover… no way to get a raise (do not give industry standard raise each year to combat inflation). Relationship-based business but constantly switching around territory and confusing clients. No sales leadership to bring in new clients. Obsessed with making sure sales team / recruiters are onsite instead of caring about productivity… company doesn’t care about keeping producers happy.
