      -Great supportive management -Not micromanaged to death -Reasonable Base with a clear commission structure that makes it easy to understand not only potential but how -easily attainable a lucrative future is. -Awesome culture -Great Clients/ Great relationships -Able to give the best rates to consultants....has that 'feel good' factor in a job.

      -Some days can be long...but thats the nature of the business

      I can't think of a single positive thing to say about this company.

      Cons

      They do not communicate well. Once they contact you for your résumé, you never hear from them again. They don't return phone calls or emails, and leave job searchers wondering whst happened to the employment opportunities they discussed with candidates. Very unprofessional in the way they treat job seekers.
