I was marketing manager here and handled things from events, canvassing and open houses. I learned a ton about the industry while I was here. Loved the people I worked with. Loved that was never in the same place and was outside a lot. I started as just a promoter and grew to this position. They pay very well hourly and commission. Cons

There was a lot of pressure but this was a performance based job so as long as you were doing your job witch should be bare minimum at any position then everything was fine. It was hard to work every weekend with a family but sacrifices have to be made sometimes.

The companies' senior employees and managers are not very skilled and do not work to improve. The inconsistency and lack of organization leads to a horrible and toxic culture.
