The work environment makes coming into the office something to look forward to. I have not worked with so many supportive, understanding, har working individuals. Collaborating with other departments is easy and very reliable.
Cons
Matrix is in located in southern Indiana, but is apart of the most innovative safety creation for the industrial market. The location may be a deciding factor for potential employees who do not live in the midwest.
