- Pretty much everyone wants to help where they can - Although there are times and people in certain departments, that have too much work for their team, Matrix seems to try to prioritize a work-life balance - Matrix helps you to feel like a part of the team even as a remote employee that lives in a different state like I do. - The leadership team at Matrix does a great job of keeping everyone informed on the company and being transparent with where the company is at. The company does weekly meetings for announcements and to cast vision for their employees which I really appreciate.
