The works are honored and rewarded and encouraged by skilled leaders.

Cons

The Unskilled leader activities are demotivating and downgrading the employees. He is a parasite, draining our energy and growing him up. The colleague's efforts and outcomes do not reach the organization.

Overall experience is a great place to work, supportive teammates and a good place to grow up so fast. The top management always encourages them up to learn new things and appreciates their talents.

Cons

The mid level manager must have accountability, critical thinking and problem solving skills. but that person's ideal is to pull team members in and escape out from every trouble. When teammates develop themselves up, that person jumps in and gets all the recognition. If a manager behaves like this, how will the team member's efforts expose out? The manager lethargic activities demotivate the team's performance. The manager should be responsive. When the teammates ask a question, the answer will come as I will discuss and give updates. The chapter is over. similarly, we can list out.
