An ok place to work

Pros

No micromanaging. Friendly senior and junior staff. 100% remote options. Great benefits and discounted health coverages. Fast pace atmosphere and opportunities to excel if self motivated and self learner.

Cons

There is promise for work-life balance, but there is none. Knowledge sharing is limited. Challenge for new employees trying to learn their job expectations. Limited mentoring and onboarding opportunities. Fast turnaround with staff and issues with employee retention. There is arrogance seen with positions in authority and employees are just a number.

Pros

Benefits, flexible work hours but that is also a con as expectation is available 24/7

Cons

No increases in over a year, Do as I say a common theme, workflows never stable, development not careful and thoughtful-swing and steal approach to bug fixes and enhancement requests
