Good pay, and WFH schedule

Cons

Be ready to be thrown to the wolves, no support from leadership even when asked, when going to SME's you will get multiple different answers. The products to not integrate and this causes issues especially when Sales makes promises which cannot be kept.

Cons

Leadership does not have a clear vision for the SaaS business. After Steve Pacicco left, new leadership has made it so that we are, yet again, more focused on appearing to be profitable, short-term. Decisions and changes are being made without any due diligence, planning, clear communication or strategy to ensure long-term success.
