Constant frustration and lack of communication across interdepartmental teams. Release of products without going through technical readiness and hence throwing the product issues over the fence to customer facing teams.

This company is filled with friends who gave jobs to friends. Nepotism is rampant, which means you have people in positions they DO NOT qualify for. Nor do they have the skills or know how to do their jobs. Which means the work load is put on those at the bottom. When questions come up or request assistance you can't be help because of incompetent people. If you dare make a complaint or bring up a concern you will forever be a marked person. As an African American man, this company will do nothing but treat you as such. You are not respected, trusted & worst of all, if you request help from some one who is competent/has the answer, you are then attacked for simply asking competent people. There are so many fragile egos, unprofessional individuals who do petty things everyday. They pass the buck, they complain, demean and basically harass those they don't like by using their friends in the company. This place is a nightmare dumpster fire filled professionalism, incompetence and has a down right vile culture full of nepotism.
