      Flexible and opportunity for advancement

      Lots of flexibility with work schedule Good benefits Good continuing education reimbursement Internal e-learning towards certifications Lunches are often brought in from different restaurants Massages offered every Friday Bagels every Friday morning Office Happy Hours

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't always listen to implementation on issues clients have. Thus there is often a difference in opinion on what should be fixed in the software and the time frame in which it should be done.

      Awesome company! HR listens and management take actions to resolve problems. Company culture makes a great new hire experience. Love bagel Fridays and free monthly lunches and happy hours.
