-Proven history in markets served. - Start up energy based by stable publicly traded entity - Access to great tools and software due to ResMed relationship - Solid blend of colleagues with strong industry history and product knowledge, balanced with newer hires with fresh perspective. - Compensation/salaries outpace industry in some departments that I’ve seen

Cons

- culture carries baggage from prior acquisitions - start up feel requires prioritization and self-management of burn our risk - frustrated by some longer tenured colleagues who carry a “this is how we’ve always done it” attitude
