      Flexible work and personal life. Good team work among department.

      More driven by contracts and less on execution of software.

      Pros

      Company is #1 in its market, hands down, and being part of that is really cool. Leadership is excellent, and the work environment is diverse and accepting. Expectations of employees are high but not unreasonable.

      Cons

      There will be stress, but it will be worth it. :)

      Great private company. Management cares a lot about its employees. Much more concerned about employee retention.

      Cons

      Work is critical. Very busy and work-life balance is not a concern for the company
