Great CEO Family-like culture Easy culture, everyone gets along Not micro-managed Values input from all levels of the organization CEO has "open door" policy All departments are able and willing to provide additional insight when needed

Cons

at the time, there were not enough resources to get marketing outputs completed with top quality and accuracy. This has changed since I left the company.
